Returns & Refunds Policy

At Midnight Arsenal, we take pride in creating exclusive, limited-edition streetwear. Because our drops are produced in limited quantities and often sell out quickly, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under normal circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

We will only consider replacements or refunds in the following rare circumstances:

• 1.Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing errors, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
• 2.Wrong Item: If you receive an incorrect item that doesn't match your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
• 3.Lost Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but you never received it, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours.

Pre-orders and limited drops are non-refundable once your order is placed. These items are made-to-order and production begins shortly after the pre-order window closes.
