At Midnight Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your product.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Be in the original packaging
• Have the receipt or proof of purchase

Custom Orders

Please note that custom-designed items may have different refund terms. Custom orders can only be refunded if there is a defect in the product or an error in the design that was our fault.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund
3. Wait for our team to review your request
4. If approved, return the item to the address provided

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
